As a core environmentally friendly product independently developed by Tianmei (Shanghai) Ecological Technology, the biodegradable plant fiber plate takes "natural replacement of plastic, technology guarding green" as its core, relying on herbal plant materials such as sugarcane bagasse and bamboo fiber to eliminate the environmental burden of traditional plastic tableware from the source. It is an ideal "plastic reduction" choice for food delivery, fresh food packaging, and banquet scenes.

1. Triple "zero burden" formula
0 Plastic Composition: Does not contain any plastic substrates such as polyethylene or polypropylene, eliminating the risk of microplastic residue and completely avoiding the problems of difficult degradation and environmental pollution of traditional plastic tableware;
0 Fluorescent agents: No fluorescent whitening agents are added throughout the production process. The tableware has passed the EU REACH regulation and the US FDA food contact safety testing. The color of the tableware comes from the plant raw materials themselves, and it is safe to directly contact food;

2. Advantages of natural raw materials
Using renewable plant fibers as the core substrate, the raw materials are sourced from agricultural waste (sugarcane bagasse) and fast-growing bamboo resources, without damaging forest vegetation, achieving "resource recycling". The carbon emissions during the production process are reduced by more than 60% compared to traditional plastic tableware, which meets the needs of the "dual carbon" strategy.

1. Strong oil prevention: Say goodbye to leakage problems
Using independently developed fluorine free hydrophobic coating technology, it has passed the ISO 14419 oil resistance level test (reaching level 6 or above), and can directly hold heavy oil contaminated foods such as hot oil, fried chicken, and sauces. Within 2 hours, there will be no oil stains or residue, and the outer wall of the postprandial plate will remain clean, avoiding the pain point of traditional pulp tableware becoming soft due to oil absorption.
2. Stable Waterproof: Coping with Soup Scenarios
According to the ISO 24150 waterproof performance test (water absorption ≤ 3%), when the Noodles in soup, Congee products, fresh soup and other liquids are filled, the dinner plate is free of deformation and leakage. Even if it is soaked for a long time (24 hours), the structural integrity is still maintained, solving the industry problem of "paper tableware is easy to break when encountering water".
3. Anti stick design: more convenient to use
The inner wall of the dining plate adopts micro convex texture technology, combined with the hydrophobic characteristics of plant fibers themselves. When storing rice, noodles, and sticky foods (such as glutinous rice products), it is not easy to stick to the inner wall of the dining plate. After dining, there is no need to wipe hard, making cleaning easier. At the same time, the use of detergents is reduced, further reducing the burden of environmental protection.
4、 Environmental Value: Recyclable throughout the entire lifecycle
After the food plate is discarded, it can be biodegraded with a biodegradation rate of ≥ 90% within 90 days under industrial composting conditions (in compliance with EU EN 13432 and US BPI certification standards), and then converted into organic fertilizer without secondary pollution;
Even when entering the natural environment, it can gradually decompose through microbial action, without burdening the soil and water sources, truly achieving a full lifecycle environmental protection loop of "coming from plants and returning to nature".
