From the supplier
The main parts of the machine: automatic loading part, heating part, forming part, clamping shuttle part, unloading part and pneumatic system, vacuum system, water circulation system, lubricating system, electric control system and others. the forming method is vacuum male molding with air pressing , and the maximum forming size is 2200*1100*250 (length * width * depth)
Machine auxiliary machines: 4 mold temperature controller with a single heating power 8KW. One chiller, 20HP；safety protection device, sensor and fence;
Process flow: the sheet is loaded by manipulator sucker to the centering table, the sheet is transported by clamping shuttle system to the heating part, after heating, clamping shuttle system transporting sheet to the forming station and after vacuum forming, the door liner is transported to the unloading position, and the operator will take the formed parts away. The machine can make refrigerator door liner automatically.
