Our product covers 75mm~405mm with Thickness: 0.8mm~8mm for Metal/Inox/Stone series already through German MPA EN12413 and ISO9001,ISO14001，OHSAS18001 certificates.
The wheel is consist of Metal ring, product lable, reinforced fiberglass net, abrasive grains, filling materials and resin(liquid and powder) and black paper for the back.
Safety standard:The max operating Speed is 80 m/s.
Type 27 Depressed Center Grinding Wheels are made for angle grinding applications including weld grinding, beveling, snagging, and other surface preparation jobs requiring moderate to heavy stock removal. Wheels are 1/4 " thick, with 3 full diameter high tensile fiberglass reinforcements for maximum safety. Choose from many formulations specifically engineered for your application.

The content of Iron,sulphur and chlorine less than 0.1%.

Type 42 depressed center cutting wheel, increase side strength and improve abrasive resistance, which get excellent durability and sharpness.
Grassland flap discs are available in a variety of specifications to meet the different needs and applications of market. The range offers aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide,ceramic products,with a fiberglass backing plate. The main type is available in two designs,
1- T27 flat shape for grinding and finishing at a small angle(up to 15°)
2- T29 conical shape for grinding at an angle of 15~25°,apply on curved and more difficult to access areas as well as face and surface grinding.
With reduced noise level, long lifetime, constant performance with fast stock removal, comfortable and cool grinding properties prevent thermal damages on workpiece
