General information:
Super Glue. High bonding strength, simple operation, environmental friendly. Transparent and with mild smell.
Recommended uses:
wide range of applications (household, office, printing, electronics, automobile, other industries). Ideal for small area material (5 * 5 cm). It can be applied both indoor and outdoor. Working temperature range: from -50°C to 100 °C. It can be applied to following materials: plastic, wood, stone, glass, ceramics, rubber, PTFE, silicon membrane, PET, PVC, PC, TPU.
General directions: tools typically required paper tissues. Safety precautions: to apply in well – ventilated area with gloves.
Preparation: surfaces must be clean dry and free from oil, wax or paint. Work in a protected area. For better adhesion, surfaces shall be lightly rough.
Application: apply the adhesive to one surface, one drop per square inch approximately. Press surfaces together immediately. Hold in place for 5 to 30 seconds. Do not move. Wait 10 minutes for better adhesion.
Removal: when cleaning up larger quantities of uncured adhesive, apply water and allow to cure and then scrape up. Note that this may result
in damage to the surfaces. Cured adhesive may be cut away with caution using a sharp blade, removed with acetone or with boiling water.
