UY2 wire connector, two wire inline joints on telephone drop wire.
UY2 is made of bronze according to ASTM B 36 (2001) standard
Application: apply to telephone wiring connection. Which is suitable to crimping tool as below. UY2 wire connector designed for 0.4mm-0.9mm conductor with cable insulation diameters 2.08mm.
The connector is filled with a moisture resistant compound in order to provide moisture Proof connection.
The connector can provide total environmental sealing around IDC-contacts.
Plastic part: durable polypropylene with durable, high impact material, Yellow lid And Transparent bottom.
Contact pin: phosphor bronze with plated tin surface.
The filling compound is prepared from fully synthetic silicone fluid
All materials is suitable for operation in the tropic with maximum temperature up to 80
All materials used in the connectors shall be non-toxic and safe.
Connectors can retain the electrical &mechanical properties in the test report over
Working temperature range -30℃ to 70℃ and humidity range of 0% to 100%.
Joint Resistance:
The joint resistance of each connector shall not exceed the appropriate limit detailed.
The spacing between the voltage pick up points shall be 30±0.5mm,the applied
Voltage shall not exceed 2V and the current shall not exceed 1A.
